Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Income Statement Analysis with Power BI offered by Fundi Mwaniki. Please read this Refunds and Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in our Course.

1. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellation Period: You may cancel your enrollment in the Course within 24 hours from the date of enrollment without incurring any charges.

b. Cancellation Process: To cancel your enrollment, you must submit a written request to inquiries@uchambuzimahiri.com. Please include your full name and the reason for cancellation in your request.

c. Refund Eligibility: If you cancel within the cancellation period specified in (a) above, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.

d. Cancellation After the Cancellation Period: Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy:

a. Full Refund: If you meet the criteria outlined in the Cancellation Policy (1c), you are entitled to a full
refund of the course fee.

b. Partial Refund: In cases where you cancel your enrollment after the cancellation period but before accessing more than 8% of the course content (or completing the 2nd Section of the Course), you may be eligible for a partial refund. The exact amount of the partial refund will be determined by the Author.

c. No Refund: After accessing more than 8% of the course content or completing the 2nd Section of the Course, no refunds will be provided.

3. Special Circumstances:

a. Serious Illness or Emergency: In cases of documented serious illness or family emergencies preventing you from continuing the Course, we may consider offering a refund or course extension on a case-by-case basis.

b. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Course content despite our efforts to resolve the problem, we will work with you to provide a solution, which may include a refund.

The Author of the course reserves the right to modify this Refunds and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
